All Kerala Student Congress is an annual flagship event of IEEE LINK, the vibrant student activities community of IEEE Kerala Section. The Congress sees an annual participation of students from across the length and breadth of the state.     Guidelines

    Registration Guidelines for the Event
  • All participants are required to pre-register for the event in advance. No spot registration will be available.

  • During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, contact details, and any other necessary information. Please double-check the information before submitting your registration.

  • The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. Accepted modes of payment will be mentioned, and participants are responsible for completing the payment process successfully.

  • Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with details of their registration, including any requirements or instructions.

  • Upon completing your registration, a registration ticket will be generated which should be saved for subsequent offline registration processes.

  • During the event, participants must carry a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denial of entry to the event.

  • Ticket swapping or transferring the registration to another individual is strictly prohibited. Each registered participant must attend the event with their registered ticket. Any attempts to swap tickets will result in disqualification.

  • Please note that ticket cancellation and refunds are not possible. Once registered and payment is made, no requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

  • By registering for the event, participants automatically agree to abide by the event's terms and conditions as specified by the organizers. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification or removal from the event premises.
